Steamed Turkey Patty and Egg
An interesting but cleaner way to cook turkey patty is by steaming; because steaming retains more of turkeys nutritional value while tenderizing the meat. To add more protein and flavor, we cracked an egg on top.
We recommend seasoning the ground turkey as you would a turkey burger, then press turkey into a flat patty shape with hands, and lay in a steamer-safe bowl. Then, crack an egg on top of the meat, and place bowl in steamer. Steam for 15 - 20 minutes, or until turkey is thoroughly cooked. Enjoy with a side of vegetables.
