Im thinking of fitbit to track my activity throughout the day and make me more aware of my activity level and the matching scale they offer with WiFi along with their App (one of the few food trackers available in an app that works OFFline).
I may end up deleting my blog eventually but for now Im simply going to update as I go and see what happens. The name may change but the goal is still the same... health, fitness and longevity!
