Day 36

Well, Im entering week 6 on the Medi-Weightloss diet and it seems like so far so good... except for eggs.  Never been a big fan of eggs but without cereal in the morning, theyre a necessary evil.  Been trying to replace them with protein shakes whenever the blender is clean!

Tomorrow morning I have my official weight-in for week 5.  As Ive said before, I would love to lose another 3.5 lbs to reach 25 lbs in 5 weeks but I will take whatever progress I can get.  Every ounce puts me closer to my goal and further from the nightmare my body had become.

I havent had a chance to write here much this week.  Its been a very busy week at work and Ive been a little drained when I get home because of it so that means less computer time for me.  Yesterday and today I will spend literally 7.5 hours in front of my computer at work, trying to get a special project done before Monday.  It definitely makes me want to skip any computer time at home or even on lunch but I figured I should write today regardless because this blog is what keeps me honest. 

Speaking of honest... Ive gone a little overboard with my "healthy fats" this week.  Have had nuts/peanut butter 4 nights instead of 3 but I think I can be forgiven as long as its not a candy bar or cookies. 

My size 24 pants are all starting to sag now, which feels wonderful!  Hopefully I can go buy a couple of pairs of 22s soon.  I have a lot of 20s and 18s in my closets archive (i.e. basement totes lol) but 22 is always a size I tend to skip over fairly quickly... hopefully that stays true!
